1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ek333 platform and all its services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ek333.

"Platform" refers to the ek333 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services. "Member" refers to any person who has created their own account or is using services on the platform.

ek333 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered as your acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the ek333 platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You must have the legal right to participate in this type of gaming activity.
• You may only hold one active account at any one time.

If an underage member's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. This platform is approved for use by those aged 21+ only.

3 Account Registration

When opening an account with ek333, you must provide accurate personal information. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email — must be truthful and your own.
• Opening an account using another person's information is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ek333 may, when necessary, request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a member's identity. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC). Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

• Never allow any third party to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• If you log in on another person's device, make sure to log out after use.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ek333 supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before any active bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ek333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the sum of deposit and bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer a maximum of one time.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and are non-transferable.
• ek333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets or playing games on ek333:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• ek333 reserves the right to void any outcome resulting from a system error or technical issue.
• For sports betting, ek333's decision is final in determining match results.
• Each game has its own rules, which will be stated on the game's page.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a software or hardware fault, the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek333 platform:

• Fraud: Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technique to deceive the system.
• Collusion: Coordinating between multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or winnings.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• False Identity: Opening an account using false identification or another person's information.
• System Hacking: Carrying out any type of attack on the platform's security or code.
• Inappropriate Communication: Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour toward other members or staff.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ek333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact [email protected]. If there are no active bonuses or wagering requirements, the remaining balance will be returned.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms

ek333 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time.
